During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the service and hospitality provided by the hotel staff. One of the best things I enjoyed was how clean and well-maintained the lounge and garden area were. the hotel's key location in the heart of a dining street and just minutes away from the waterfront and walkway was perfect for exploring the area.

My experience wasn't entirely perfect. the sheets on the bed were not properly cleaned, and it looked like someone had already sat on them.

It was a short taxi ride away from many popular places such as the beach and mall. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. the breakfast offered was delicious and had a wide variety of options. We really enjoyed the spa and massage facilities offered at the hotel, which were top-notch. the staff was courteous and helpful.

One downside we experienced was the housekeeping staff not waiting for us to open the door before entering the room.

During Christmas, I had a nice trip with my family to a hotel near lots of restaurants and shops. We were able to walk to the beach in just a few minutes, which was great. The hotel also had a fitness center, which offered good exercise options. I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast that they served every morning, especially the fresh fruit and pastries.

I was disappointed that the staff did not seem very friendly or helpful. They did not answer our questions adequately and seemed annoyed when we asked for help with anything.

The breakfast was very good, with a big choice of cheese, fruits, and pastries. The cleanliness of this hotel was pristine, and the staff was hospitable and helpful, with the receptionist named Beyza providing excellent customer service.

Exceptional. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, just a short walk from the beach and close to the Viaport Marina Mall. The neighborhood had everything we needed, with restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. The staff, especially the breakfast team and the reception, were incredibly friendly and helpful. We want to give a special shout-out to Bukle for her guidance and assistance during our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. our experience at Tuzla Garden Hotel & Spa was exceptional, and we would definitely love to come back again soon.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, with restaurants, cafes, and shops all within walking distance. The highlight of my stay was definitely the beautiful garden, filled with aromatic flowers and fresh grass. It was such a peaceful and magical place to relax. The staff were extremely hospitable and helpful, especially Halit who went above and beyond to assist me when I wasn't feeling well. The room itself was cozy and clean, with a big balcony where I could enjoy the view. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. I had a wonderful experience here.
